The fact is that permission does not apply to those citizens who hold a position in the public service and who fall under paragraph 2.14 of the crossing of the border, such citizens are still allowed to leave exclusively on a business trip.
“And for these two days there were several cases that the boys from this age category decided to go abroad, but were in positions that allows only on business trip,” he explained.
It should be reminded that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy assured that the decision has been made to allow men of 18-22 years abroad will not affect the country’s defense capability, but rather contribute to the preservation of young people in Ukraine.
