The Cabinet of Ministers suggested raising the minimum wage next year. Accordingly, the average salary will increase, for which it is possible to book employees at enterprises.

The government wants to increase the minimum paid from 8000 UAH to 8 647 UAH.
Currently, the condition for reservation from mobilization is the average salary at the enterprise at the level of 2.5 minimum wage, ie 20,000 UAH. In case of budget approval, the figure will increase to UAH 21617.5.
The reservation procedure is determined by the Government Resolution No. 76 of January 27, 2023. Booking is available exclusively to enterprises that have received criticality under the new rules, and all cases of booking are carried out exclusively in electronic format through the portal.
At the same time, the government is constantly changing the order of mobilization. In particular, in September, 100% of employees of critical enterprises in frontline regions and drones manufactured were specified in September.
The economic effect of the decision (GDP saved and tax revenues) can be about UAH 2.25 billion a year, the Ministry of Economy Service said.
Recently, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has updated the grounds for booking workers for the period of mobilization and martial law.
