The court register appeared information on the appointment of a court hearing regarding the distribution of property on 17 102 703 811,40 UAH. The subject of the claim, according to court documents, is a claim for 17 102 703 811.40 UAH, which exceeds two hundred and fifty sizes of the subsistence minimum for able -bodied persons. Therefore, this case is subject to consideration in the order of general lawsuit in court with notification (call) of the parties.
