During a meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Social Policy and Veterans Rights, the official declared a desire to change approaches to retirement. According to him, the Ministry will involve the People’s Deputies in the early stages of development of the following reforms:
- Solidarian pension system: guaranteed payments for age, direct relationship between ESA contributions, their duration and pension.
- Transformation of special pensions into professional, namely payment with three factors – basic payment, variational pension component and professional – from various sources of financing
- Introduction of a mandatory cumulative system.
He also announced the desire to update social standards to the closest, including the basic social assistance and reform the subsistence level.
