On April 1, 2025, new rules for booking workers at enterprises began to apply in Ukraine. All bookings, which were drawn up according to the old rules, lose their validity.
Only companies that have already updated criticality will be able to continue booking their specialists after this date, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine reports.
“Since the beginning of the year, most of conscientious companies have already retected their criticality in the relevant state bodies and have awarded their employees. The delay of the overpayed workers remains valid after April 1, ”the Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Vitaly Kindrat explained.
On April 1, the duration of the bookings, registered on the old system, restores the standard regime of consideration of applications for workers for critical enterprises (within 72 hours), and bookings will be available exclusively to enterprises that have received criticality confirmation under the new rules, the ministry reported.
Enterprises that have not yet updated the status of criticality will need to update the status of criticality under the new procedure, and after confirming the new status to issue workers’ booking again.
If the employee already has active reservation, it must be canceled first.
All bookings will be carried out exclusively in electronic format through the portal, without the need to prepare paper documents or orders.
Recall that recently the Cabinet of Ministers has approved the booking of employees of construction crews of mobile operators and Internet providers.
Earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decided to automatically continue the current booking from mobilization for one month.
Recall that the Ministry of Economy resumed the status of criticality to enterprises for booking workers from mobilization. The ministry has already updated the status for the first seven enterprises by new criteria.
