NATO has taken into account the victory plan developed by Ukraine, but many details of this initiative have yet to be discussed.
This was stated by the Secretary General of the Alliance, Mark Rutte, writes the Associated Press.
“The plan has many aspects, including political and military issues, which must be discussed with the Ukrainian side in order to understand its essence and understand what is possible to implement,” Rütte said.
He emphasized that he is in close contact with allies and Kyiv to assess possible steps to help Ukraine.
At the same time, Rutte refused to disclose the details of future discussions with Ukraine.
According to him, the main task now is to help Ukraine return territories and strengthen its position before the upcoming peace talks.
On October 16, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented the victory plan during a speech in the Verkhovna Rada. The plan consists of five points, but the main part of it has been revealed, and additional details remain classified.
