The National Anti -Corruption Agency (NAPC) has completed a review of the annual declaration for 2023 former Chief of the Regional Service Center of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Rivne region Valery Belts.
According to the results of the audit, signs of declaring false information in the amount of more than UAH 3.1 million were revealed. In particular, the Expouse did not stated in the declaration:

two land plots of 930 and 915 sq.m in Rivne, received as a gift from his wife, the minimum market value of which exceeds UAH 3.17 million;

own income in the form of a gift – the cost of the same land plots;

The income of the wife received as the payment of a share in the authorized capital of Villar-Trade LLC after leaving the members of the company.
The NACC specifies that the wife of the expolvets, being the founder of LLC only one day, received two land plots worth UAH 3.17 million as a compensation for a share in the authorized capital, the amount of which was only 3.8 thousand UAH. After that, the areas were donated to Valeria Beltsa.
The inspection materials are directed to the State Bureau of Investigation for pre -trial investigation under the Article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine on inaccurate declaration.
