Information about persons involved in administrative responsibility for committing administrative offenses related to corruption is now stored in the Corruption Register during the year. Old data will be gradually removed By December 31, 2025.
The removal of information about persons who have been criminally liable will be carried out subject to the removal or repayment of a criminal record for committing the corruption offense on the basis of a statement of a person whose information is contained in the Corruption Register.
