The National Anti -Corruption Agency (NAPC) has made important changes to the procedure for complete checks of officials of officials.
Now the authorized persons of the agency will be able to delete from their official site the results of inspections of declarations in which they have found violations, at the request of the declarant himself.
This procedure will act outside the litigation, which greatly simplifies the protection of the rights of officials.
If a person considers that there was no obligation to file a declaration or the declaration is not subject to full verification for other reasons, he or she may submit a corresponding application with supporting documents. NAPC examines such a statement within 30 calendar days.
In case of satisfaction of the statement, the certificate of the results of the full verification of the declaration will be removed from the site, and the declaration will be considered as not checked.
It is also established that if the check showed that a person is not a declaration or declaration was repeatedly checked without grounds, its results will also be canceled and the corresponding certificate – withdrawn.
This innovation allows you to eliminate public access by inappropriate or false inspection results.
In addition, changes take into account the increase in the threshold of financial responsibility for false declaration.
Administrative liability is now inaccurate in the declaration for the amount of 454 thousand to more than UAH 2 million, and criminal – for an amount higher than UAH 2.27 million. This allows officials to avoid excessive sanctions for minor mistakes.
Recall that in September 2025, the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption completed 75 full checks of declarations selected for a risk-oriented approach.
Also, the NAPC will not check the declaration of People’s Deputy Kuznetsov.
