Naftogaz of Ukraine has concluded a historic agreement with Socar Energy Ukraine to supply natural gas from Azerbaijan through the Transbalance Corridor.

It is the first such agreement in the history of Ukrainian-Azerbaijani energy relations.
Blue fuel test supplies are made by Bulgaria – Romania – the Ukrainian border.
Naftogaz board chairman Sergey Koretsky called it “small in volume, but strategically important”, which opens the prospects of long -term cooperation and diversification of energy supply.
We will remind, “Naftogaz of Ukraine” for another year will continue to supply gas for Ukrainian families at a constant price – 7.96 UAH per cubic meter.
Naftogaz of Ukraine also concluded a loan agreement with the state “Ukrgasbank” for gas purchases.
