The National Anti -Corruption Bureau (NABU) announced the opening of the case file on suspicion of the head of the Sector of the Department of Protection of National Statehood of the Security Service of Ukraine.

According to the investigation, the SBU official performed prompt support of the case for illegal transfer of military personnel abroad.
With the participation of two intermediaries (one of whom – the former SBU employee), the head of the sector demanded $ 300,000 from the person involved in the case, SAP writes. Money was allegedly required for the destruction of part of the case file and the disclosure of already established circumstances.
In case of refusal, the official threatened the person with more severe articles, investigators say.
Law enforcement officers documented the fact of receiving part of the stipulated funds – $ 72 thousand. According to the articles, the persons involved in the case threatens imprisonment from 8 to 12 years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to 3 years, with confiscation of property.
Currently, the SAP prosecutor has made a decision to complete the pre -trial investigation, NABU detectives have opened the materials of the defense party to familiarization.

According to the SBU, two NABU staff accompanied Bogolyubov during the crossing of the border of Ukraine – were in the neighboring compartment of the train “for insurance”. And this “special operation”, according to the service, was organized by the People’s Deputy from the forbidden PPZF Fedir Khristenko.
NABU answered that then the Bureau detectives were going on a business trip to Vienna and had nothing to do with assistance in escape or “cover”.
On July 21, employees of the National Anti -Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor’s Office were searched – at least 70 searches were reported in the morning.
The Security Service of Ukraine and the Office of the Prosecutor General have declared exposing the Russian influence on NABU. Some employees of the bureau are charged with treason, illegal trade in the Russian Federation, corruption in the interests of oligarchs, etc.
Thus, one of the heads of interregional departments of NABU detectives Ruslan Magamedrasulov was detained on suspicion of awards. Also in Kyiv detained an employee of the NABU central office, who works in the most elusive closed unit “D-2”. He is accumulated by espionage for the Russian special service.
It is also called the current People’s Deputy from the now forbidden Party of Fyodor Khristenko, who is hiding abroad. According to the investigation, he was a top agent of the FSB of the Russian Federation and was responsible for strengthening the Russian influence on NABU.
In parallel, three NABU employees were given suspicions of road accidents. The bureau stated that accidents were different incidents and took place years ago.
NABU stated that these investigative actions were carried out without court resolutions. In parallel, the SBU decided to carry out an unscheduled inspection of the state of protection of state secrets. Moreover, the audit was organized at a period when the NABU and SAP management is on an official foreign business trip. And for all this, there is a planned inspection of the State Secretariat of Communications, which covers the technical infrastructure of NABU.
The SAP claims that the SBU employees came with a check without official warning, as the law provides. They also accessed information about all unspoken and operational operations and special operations conducted by NABU and SAP.
In the SBU it is rejected. They say that they have not received such access, and statements about the possible disclosure of unspoken investigative actions are “unfounded and manipulative.”
The SBU also states that they may carry out urgent investigative actions without a court order “in cases where such decisions may result in leakage of information and, in particular, to damage special operations within the framework of investigations into cooperation with the aggressor country.”
