The case against the head of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) Pavlo Kyrylenko and his wife has been referred to the court. Kyrylenka is accused of deliberately not declaring property, and his wife is accused of assisting in illegal enrichment.
As the NABU press service reported, the top official did not indicate in his electronic declaration for 2024 20 real estate objects and a luxury car that were registered to his wife’s relatives.
Property that was not declared:
- 6 apartments in Kyiv and Uzhhorod.
- Residential building near Kyiv with an area of more than 220 square meters. m and 2 land plots.
- 3 non-residential premises with a total area of more than 190 square meters. m.
- 2 garage boxes and 6 parking spaces.
- BMW X3 car.
It will be recalled that the SAP prosecutor submitted to the court a motion to remove Pavlo Kyrylenka from the post of head of the Antimonopoly Committee.
