NABU Detective Ruslan Magamenedrasulov, which was previously detained by the SBU on suspicion of awards also suspicion in receiving a bribe.
According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, information about new facts of unlawful activity was found in the suspect’s phone. According to the case file, in the spring of 2025, Magamenedrasulov received a proposal to “solve” the problems of a number of Ukrainian enterprises in the tax authorities.
It was about illegal exclusion of about ten companies from the list of risky, which would allow them to carry out financial transactions worth about 30 million UAH. For their services detective allegedly I planned to get about 900 thousand UAH.
Investigation claimsthat Magamadrasolov tried to influence the situation through a former high -ranking tax service and his former NABU colleague. Both persons confirmed that he asked them with such a request.
Thus, Ruslan Magamedrasovlov is suspected of accepting the proposal of undue benefits for himself and third parties for influencing the decision of the decision by the officials who are a crime under Part 2 of Art. 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The issue of reporting suspicion is also being resolved to the person who addressed him with a bribery.
Earlier, the court was taken into custody by NABU Detectives Magamedrasulov.
The SBU also denies that the arrest of NABU Magamedrasulov’s employee is custom.
