The ex-chairman of the Ternopil Regional Council declared suspicion of unreliable declaration. He forgot to mention in the declaration the funds in the account and apartment of 200 square meters. m., recorded on the mother.
According to NABU, his detectives, together with the SAP, were informed by the People’s Deputy of Ukraine of the 7th and 8th convocations, the expert of the Ternopil Regional Council, the current deputy of the same regional council, about the suspicion of non-policy of property in the amount of more than 2 million UAH. According to the media, it is about Mikhail Golovka, who headed the regional council from 2020 to 2023.
The investigation found that the suspect, while holding the position of chairman of the Ternopil Regional Council, did not indicate in the declarations for 2022-2023. m., which he used together with family members, non -residential premises (parking space, car wash and hollow) belonging to family members, as well as funds in the bank account.
The mentioned person is also accused of demanding a bribe from the owner of a private enterprise and receiving 600 thousand UAH.
Earlier, the Corruption Center filed a statement on the possible commission of a crime by the Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov under the article “Abuse of Power or Office”.
NABU and SAP exposed a large -scale corruption scheme in the field of defense, through which the state lost UAH 246 million. It is about abuse in the process of developing an automated system of the Center for Operational Management of the Armed Forces “Bells”.
