According to Mykhailichenko, he communicated with the man not as an employee of the communal service, but as a person who allegedly hit and insulted his wife.
“I spoke to him as a man who hit and beat my wife, not as a plumber,” he declared.
Mykhailichenko also presented his own version of events. According to him, after the restoration of water supply in neighboring houses, cold water did not appear in their driveway due to the unprofessional actions of the employee — the boiler or other equipment froze. Several residents of the building asked the plumber to complete the work, because people had been without cold water for several days.
According to Mykhailychenko, the plumber refused to continue his work due to the end of the working day. When the women tried to stop him, he allegedly punched his wife in the chest and cursed her. After that, she called her husband.
“I approached him to talk like a man. We took each other’s breasts, but it was with words. I did not beat him and did not use physical force,” Mykhailychenko emphasized.
He added that after the incident, the plumber worked for some time, and later the police came to Mykhailichenko. It turned out that the man called an “ambulance” and wrote a statement on him.
“You don’t need to hide your status as a plumber. I spoke to him as a man who insulted and hit my wife,” concluded Mykhailichenko.
