INAs a result of Russian firing of energy infrastructure in the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions, there was a malfunction on the network, which led to shutdown of electricity supply to more than 307 thousand consumers.
This was reported on the TV by First Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine Artem Nekrasov.
The system accident occurred yesterday. Currently, a schedule of an hourly power outage has been introduced in Chernihiv region.
Nekrasov assured that energy operates almost 24/7 to turn the light back as soon as possible. The priority is the healing:
Critical infrastructure.
Communal consumers.
In general, the situation in the power system of Ukraine remains controlled.
TWhether tThere is an active preparation for the heating season, during which energy takes into account the four years of experience of a full -scale war.
Main tasks:

Repairs and restoration: planned and renewable repairs of atomic, hydro- and heat generation, as well as electricity transmission systems.

Resource accumulation: gas pumping and coal accumulation continues to be used in the amounts required for the stable passing of the heating season.

Formation of reserves: Energy form the reserves of equipment and materials for the rapid restoration of power supply in the case of new hostile attacks.
In addition, in the framework of decentralization and development of distributed generation, cogeneration units and block-modular boiler rooms are installed in cities and medium settlements. They produce heat and electricity, as well as accumulate it in reserve power sources. This will make communities more stable and non -volatile.
In the Chernihiv region, since October 2, strict schedules of electricity restriction were introduced due to a large -scale attack of the Russian Federation on energy infrastructure.
In the Chernihiv region, in addition to planned shutdowns, additional restrictions on power supply were introduced due to overloading of power grids.
