This was announced by the Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko during a meeting with journalists.
Checks will become part of a new transparent pricing strategy and medicines for Ukrainians.
According to the minister, the prices of the 100 most popular medicines manufactured by Ukrainian manufacturers have recently reduced prices in Ukraine. These drugs were the most costly for citizens.
“When they were reduced by 30%, it became noticeable for patients,” Lyashko said. The main goal is to ensure the availability of medicines in both hospitals and pharmacies.
The minister explained that there will be a first -time hospital where there may be problems with medication. To do this, analyze the number of patients and the volumes of purchased drugs through the ProZorro system will analyze.
Particular attention will be paid to the treatment of heart attacks, strokes and cancer.
“We will see if there is a medicine in stock, or patients are forced to buy them at their own expense. In case of violations, the National Health Service of Ukraine may apply penalties or even terminate contracts with such institutions, ”Lyashko stressed.
He also added that community heads should control the situation, because hospitals are owned.
Lyashko emphasized that checking will provide patients with the necessary medicines at no additional cost.
We will remind, the Ministry of Health together with law enforcement officers continue to check the decisions of medical and social expert commissions on the establishment of disability to officials of state bodies. 281 such a decision has already been canceled.
Also, some family doctors went abroad, while allegedly assisting their patients in Ukraine. Patients’ declarations with them should be broken.
