As stated on the Vinnytsia City Council website, the man has been in office since 2022. The state official was born and studied in Vinnytsia. He was also educated in Odesa Regional Institute of Public Administration of NASU under the President of Ukraine and the Separate Structural Unit “Institute of Innovative Education of the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture”.
Since 2010, he has been an engineer in to the architectural and planning department of the city utility enterprise “Vinnytsia Municipal Center of Urban Planning and Architecture. The following year, he became the chief specialist, architect of the Left Bank of the Department of Town Planning and Architecture of the Department of Architecture, Town Planning and Cadastre of Vinnytsia City Council.
