According to the public prosecution of the Pryluky District Prosecutor’s Office of Chernihiv Oblast, in the order of special trial of the Russian serviceman, the Russian Federation was found guilty of violating the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder committed by a group of persons (Part 1 of Article 28, Part 2 of Article 438).
The court imposed his sentence in the form of life imprisonment.
The investigation found that in March 2022, eight civilians of the Pryluky district, including three children, tried to evacuate from the Nizhyn district in the direction of Ichnia. People moved on Skoda Superb and Renault Megane cars.
