On March 8, a military recruit was forcibly taken by a group of civilians near the village of Ozera in Volyn, resulting in injuries to a local territorial center employee.
The incident occurred while a notification team was transporting the recruit to the territorial center for recruitment. The team was ambushed en route.
According to reports, approximately seven civilian vehicles pursued the official vehicle of the territorial center, deliberately blocking its path and executing dangerous maneuvers. This aggressive driving caused the official vehicle to veer off into a ditch.
The assailants shattered the vehicle’s windows and forcibly liberated the military recruit. Members of the notification team were assaulted, with one sustaining a head injury and another suffering abrasions on the forearm and face.
The individual who was unlawfully freed is a resident of Zaporizhzhia and is subject to military conscription. Authorities have been informed, and efforts are underway to identify all individuals and vehicles involved in orchestrating and executing the attack.
