The National Qualifications Agency has registered the professional standard “Military Accounting Inspector”.

Colonel Oleksiy Dudka, chief specialist of the Department of the Central Department of Military Education and Science of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said this, ArmyInform reports.

Dudka noted that according to the current legislation, military records must be kept at every enterprise in Ukraine. Currently, there are more than a million enterprises in Ukraine, and there are still no specialists who know exactly what to do in this position. The introduced standard, as a document, will be a beacon to which you can orient yourself: what should a person in such a position do in all enterprises of Ukraine where military records are kept.

According to him, the professional standard “Military Accounts Inspector”, which was registered on December 19, is a document of a national scope:

“Now, any company that plans to hire a specialist – a military accounting inspector – after reading this, will know what kind of person they need to hire so that everything is fine with their military accounting, so that they don’t have fines. Because the state has taken this issue quite seriously,” said Dudka.

He noted that prior to the large-scale invasion of military records, they did not receive as much attention as they do today.

“Now, when the issue of mobilization and the availability of personnel is on the agenda, the state has seriously begun to think about it, and there are no real experts on this issue. The mentioned standard regulates these issues, both for employers who hire these specialists, and for ordinary citizens, conscripts, who work at all enterprises of our country,” Dudka answered.

The colonel said that now the specialist who will hold this position will be able to tell how to comply with the laws of Ukraine in terms of fulfilling his military duty. And also, how not to get fined by TCC and JV. This standard is a guide for all people who, as of now, know too little to definitively resolve mobilization issues in our state:

“The first thing that enterprises that become familiar with this standard should do is send their specialist to training. Currently, about two dozen educational institutions conduct advanced training courses where this science is taught to one degree or another. And after completing such courses, a specialist from the enterprise will meet this standard,” Dudka emphasized.

He believes that after this, the quality of mobilization work, starting with a small enterprise and ending with the scale of the state, will increase significantly.

Meanwhile, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decided to automatically extend the current reservations from mobilization for one month, but not longer than until February 28, 2025.

We will remind you that the Ministry of Economy has resumed the granting of criticality status to enterprises for the reservation of workers from mobilization. The Ministry has already updated the status of the first seven enterprises according to the new criteria.
