The Mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, was awarded the Order “For Courage” of the 2nd degree. He regularly personally visits the sites of Russian strikes. Despite the attack on the facilities of the energy system in the city, preparations for the heating season this winter are ensured.
