According to experts, this period can affect both health and technique, although there will be no records by force.
According to NOAA, storms of varying intensity will be kept from July 26 to July 28, reaching a maximum in the second half of Sunday – then “failures in connection, sleep problems and headaches in weather dependent.”
Particularly careful should be people with chronic diseases, pregnant women, the elderly and children. Doctors advise these days to “drink water, restrict coffee and alcohol, avoid stress and not to load themselves physically.”
