According to journalists, in 2022 the Lviv Regional Military Administration agreed to depart from the military on the basis of appeals from the fictional public organization with the high -profile name “Humanitarian Hope of the Nation”.
The documents of this structure used the logo of the Russian Gazprombank and even the “signature” of Russian Emperor Alexander III, who died in the XIX century.
According to the investigation, in the fall of 2022, the Lviv Ova received at least five such letters. On their basis, the head of the administration Maxim Kozytsky signed orders for permission to leave – the decisions were made either on the same day or the next.
In total, eight men were given the opportunity to leave the country. Most of them, according to journalists, did not return to Ukraine after crossing the border.
Particular attention was paid to the case with the 25-year-old Dnipro resident Artem Luschan. He received permission to leave as a volunteer driver for transportation of “humanitarian cargo”-based on the appeal of the same fake organization.
Together with him, the border crossed the then freelance advisor to the chief of Lav Alexei Shevchuk. If Shevchuk returned to Ukraine in three days, the Luchan, according to his profiles on social networks, is still abroad.
Journalists found that the Humanitarian Hope of the Nation was not registered with either Ukrainian or French state registers. Her email does not work, and the director lists the fictional name.
The Ministry of Justice has officially confirmed the lack of information on the existence of such a structure.
After the publication of these facts, the Galician District Prosecutor’s Office of Lviv opened criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Art. 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – illegal crossing of persons across the state border.
The pre -trial investigation is entrusted to police. The Lviv OVA stated that the applicant is responsible for the accuracy of the data in the letters, and the administration itself knows only one driver who has violated the timing of being abroad, but they are not disclosed.
We will remind, in the Transcarpathian region the serviceman of the State Border Service of Ukraine disappeared. His location is currently unknown, and it is possible that he could illegally cross the state border.
