This was announced by the head of the Lviv regional administration Maksym Kozytskyi.

“Due to the sharp deterioration of weather conditions… We recommend that enterprises, institutions and organizations switch to remote work mode. The exception is critical infrastructure facilities and those where remote work is impossible during martial law,” Kozytskyi said in Telegram.

He added that in kindergartens, schools, colleges and institutions of higher education in Lviv Oblast, face-to-face education is temporarily suspended. Institutions switch to distance learning or extend winter vacation until at least January 19, 2026.
