On November 20, Kyiv residents will spend a significant part of the day without electricity — the duration of electricity supply for household consumers will vary from 6 to 12.5 hours, depending on the order in the blackout schedule.
Such parameters are included in the stabilization schedules of the company “DTEK”, which coordinates planned shutdowns in the capital to support the operation of the power system.
For many areas, this means that most of the day will have to organize life and work without access to electricity. You can only plan critical matters in advance, taking into account the exact hours in which there will be tension in your queue.
The most difficult regime awaits consumers classified as group “1.1” — they will have only 6 hours out of 24 with the electricity turned on per day.
Instead, the most favorable schedule was obtained by the “6.2” group, for which up to 12.5 hours of light during the day are provided.
The sequence and duration of electricity supply is determined precisely by the house’s belonging to one or another group, so comfort and living possibilities directly depend on it.
Due to the significant difference between the groups, it is important to know exactly your turn, so as not to count on power supply during the hours when the schedule should be a complete blackout.
Separately, it is indicated that on November 20, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., all household consumers in Kyiv will be without electricity — this means a complete shutdown of the lights for all queues at the same time.
