In the Boryspil district, emergency power outages have been introduced due to critical damage to power grids. The mode provides approximately 4 hours of light and 12 hours without electricity. Stabilization schedules for queues are no longer in effect, the district operates in the mode of full emergency preparedness. This was reported by facebook Head of the Boryspil District State Administration, Ruslan Dyachenko .
“All services of the district work in an enhanced mode. Together with the State Emergency Service, we are deploying three additional points of invincibility. Local self-government bodies provide alternative power supply to critical infrastructure facilities,” he wrote. This means that medical institutions, schools, kindergartens and other important facilities receive electricity through autonomous generators, while the rest of the district lives according to the new schedule.
Due to emergency shutdowns, temporary interruptions in water supply according to the schedule are also possible. Local residents should be prepared for the fact that water will have to be stored in advance, and the operation of many household appliances will be limited. Energy companies and authorities urge residents to use electricity sparingly and to report new damage.
