Five persons who set fire to the railway cabinets, cars of the military and the City Council building were reported to the suspicion.
According to the Office of the Prosecutor General, under the procedural leadership of the Dnipropetrovsk regional, Rivne regional and Shepetivsky district prosecutors, the suspicion of five persons who acted at the detriment of the state interests of Ukraine was informed.
According to the investigation, a woman and two boys in the messenger of telegrams received orders from an unidentified person for a monetary reward to burn the relay cabinets of Ukrzaliznytsia.
Arriving at the railway in the Pavlograd district, the persons were poured with a combustible mixture and set fire to relay cabinets. They recorded their actions on the cell of the mobile phone to report the “curator” about the execution of “order”. In this way, they managed to damage the two objects of the Dnieper Railway.
They are charged with diversion, by prior conspiracy by a group of persons in the conditions of martial law (Part 2 of Article 28, Part 2 of Article 113 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Another suspect – a student from Dubenschyna, who studied in Rivne, found a way to make money through a Telegram -channel, where he offered his assistance in the arson of a car serviceman of the Armed Forces. He made a flammable mixture and set fire to a car serviceman, which was used to perform service tasks at the front. The suspect recorded a crime on a video and sent him to the customer. Person Pali was promptly installed thanks to a backpack with the documents he left on the spot.
The student is charged with obstruction of the legitimate activity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Part 2 of Article 28, Part 1 of Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Another suspect – a resident of Shepetivka commissioned by Russian special services set fire to the building of the city council. At night, she broke the window and threw a bottle with a flammable mixture. During the search, she removed a mobile phone with instructions from the customer, as well as components for making an inflammatory mixture.
The woman is charged with deliberate damage to the property by arson (Part 2 of Article 194 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
All the suspects have selected pre -trial detention.
Earlier in Ternopil and Cherkasy, three cars were detained, which operated on the Russian Federation. They searched for easy earnings on social networks, and their goals were cars that were maintained after performing combat missions on the front line.
