Information about the alleged hacking attack on the hypermarket network this night was disseminated on the Internet. However, the press service of the company officially confirmed only the presence of “technical problems” without specifying the causes of the failure. Epicenter representatives have addressed partners and clients with a statement: “We have temporary technical problems, at the moment all measures have been taken to restore work.”
Subsequently, at about 10:35, the company said that the technical failure occurred on the night of April 28 and significantly influenced the functioning of the entire trading network. Nevertheless, the online store “Epicentrk.ua” continues to work and accept orders, but there may be delays in delivery of goods to customers.
