The Armed Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine published the results of the work of the territorial centers of staffing and social support for June 2025.
It turned out that the vast majority of complaints about the activities of the Tax Code were unreliable. Of the 42 violations of the violation, only 6 were confirmed after a thorough check, which is only 14% of the total number of appeals.
According to official data, 86% of the incidents associated with the work of the Tax Code were manipulations, fakes and hostile information and psychological operations. This indicates a large -scale misinformation campaign aimed at discrediting mobilization measures.
The rest of the appeals were classified as attempts to disrupt the mobilization process and undermine confidence in military structures.
According to the results of the investigation, confirmed cases were removed from the performance of their duties. Five employees were held disciplinary for violation of the established procedures.
Another 30 cases are at the stage of official investigations and are expected to be final.
Situation in the capital
The Kyiv City Shopping Center and JVs also provided statistics on May 2025. Of the 33 recorded incidents, 17 cases were not confirmed and were recognized as manipulations or fakes.
Instead, 16 incidents have been confirmed, most of which are currently investigating the competent authorities. One person was held accountable, and 15 cases are under active investigation.
The CCC emphasizes that the approach to evaluating such incidents remains weighted and objective. Not every message is automatically confirmed, as there are often cases of conscious manipulation or purposeful misinformation.
No exemption or dismissal from positions in the Capital CCC was recorded.
Some of the appeals can be an element of organized campaigns to discredit mobilization institutions. Such actions are aimed at disrupting mobilization measures and undermining the state’s defense capability in a full -scale war.
