The company emphasizes that changes in management should support the further implementation of the anti-crisis plan and the restoration of the developer’s activities.
Svitlana Samsonova headed “Kyivmiskbud” as acting director. head from June to December 2025, and her resignation is explained by life circumstances.
During her work, internal processes were optimized, the recapitalization procedure was organized, and more transparent communication with investors was established.
Under her leadership, preparations for the general meeting of shareholders were completed, where the key issue was the replenishment of the company’s authorized capital by its main shareholder, the territorial community of Kyiv.
Dmytro Nikiforov is known as an entrepreneur with experience in the financial and stock markets, who in 2009 founded the company “Voda Ua”, a producer of mineral water of the same name, as well as the brands “Karpatska Fontelna” and “Horyanka”.
In 2023, he sold the business to Favbet founder Andrii Matyusa, and in one of the interviews he noted that he controls about 30 companies that provide financial services, including factoring and leasing.
Since November 2024, Nikiforov has been a co-founder of HitBit Pro, a service for the use of cryptocurrencies, where his partner is the co-owner of the SportLife network of sports clubs, Ihor Kucherenko.
