The Appellate Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court declared Kostyantyn Cherednichenko, the former deputy director of the state foreign trade and investment company “Ukrinmash” and the husband of Sabina Musina, the founder of the G.Bar chain of beauty salons, on the international wanted list.
According to the court, Cherednichenko fled on the day when the VAKS judges went to the deliberation room — November 17, 2024. Then he was sentenced to eight years in prison, deprived of the right to hold managerial positions for three years, and it was decided to confiscate two-thirds of the property.
The SAP prosecutor appealed to the court with a request for arrest in absentia, declaration of international wanted and collection of 3.4 million hryvnias bail to the state budget. The appeals chamber of the VAKS supported this petition.
We will remind you that the VAKS closed the criminal proceedings against the ex-Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine.
