The statement on behalf of Kolomoisky was filed by his representative Christina Yamelskaya. She noted that it was a similar claim: both are aimed at appealing the NSDC decisions on the use of personal sanctions, and the defendants are identical.
As of now, the decision to satisfy or reject the petition has not yet been made.
