It is noted that the incident happened on the heroes of Kharkiv. The driver of the Toyota car did not maintain a safe speed, did not manage and crashed into a bus that was driving in front. After a collision with the bus, the car was thrown into a trolley driving nearby.
Nine victims were counted as a result of the collision: seven public transport passengers (women 31, 40, 60, 61, 63, 40-year-old man and a 16-year-old girl) and a passenger of a car (46-year-old driver and passenger). All the victims were squeezed.
The driver of the car who did an accident was drunk. Criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 286-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of traffic safety or operation of transport by persons who operate vehicles in a state of intoxication).
The culprit of the accident threatens three years behind the grate with the right to drive vehicles for a term of three to five years. He was now detained by militiamen.
