It was almost accidental to reach the recruiters. On the wall in the dark lane, a familiar one of the journalists saw graffiti with the address of telegrams. This turned out to be a typical Russian Z-Witch, filled with discredit of the shopping center and calls for active action for the disruption of Ukrainian mobilization.
The price was placed in the same channel for different sabotage acts. For example, for the transfer of personal data of the CCC employees, potential traitors of Ukraine were offered a relatively modest $ 100 remuneration, and for the arson of the Shopping Center – already solid $ 5,000.
Those who want to get Russian money were immediately suggested to fill in a small questionnaire, which had to indicate their personal information and tell what crimes against Ukraine you were ready to go. After filling out the questionnaire, the recruiter already conducted a short interview personally: about the available skills and a willingness to perform certain tasks.
Initially, the newcomer was asked to work on “simpler projects”, for example, to make a stencil for graffiti and apply “agitation” and advertise the same TG channel somewhere in visibility in the city. For one such graffiti was offered UAH 250, but the Russians are ready to pay only wholesale – starting from 10 graffiti.
“The talented agent Russian special services raise the step behind the step – from a small sabother, who piles the ad or produces a stencil to a terrorist who in the future can be entrusted to commit truly bloody terrorist attacks,” the journalists explain.
The authors of the article have found similar telegrams with wardrobers. All have several hundred, or a maximum of several thousand subscribers, but obviously this is enough for such activities.
Journalists tried to recruit there. The general scheme was almost identical. It is interesting that the whole conversation has always been reduced to how much money the agent would pay for one or another crime. There was no word about the “Russian measure”.
The authors of the publication emphasize that this is not really so good news, because it expands the range of potential agents to those who just need money, and it does not matter what price earned. These include young people who ask less questions for such a curator and is easier to buy for the promises of reward.
“And one more thing: almost all of their agent Russians recruit through telegrams. (…) The authorities did nothing for its full blocking in Ukraine, although technically possible. Accordingly, you can only be sure of one thing: even if you can block a separate channel, a network of new ones will appear in its place tomorrow. And the conveyor of sabotage, arson and merger of coordinates of vital objects will be further in Ukraine, ”the publication reads.
