Restrictions on electricity consumption continue to apply in Ukraine on Thursday, January 15.
According to Ukrenergo, hourly shutdown schedules for household consumers, as well as restrictions for business and industry, will be applied throughout the day in all regions.
Such measures are forced — they were introduced due to the consequences of numerous Russian missile and drone attacks on the country’s energy infrastructure.
In Kyiv, schedules will be valid only if emergency shutdowns are cancelled.
In the Kyiv region, the situation is more complicated — emergency blackouts continue in parts of the Brovarsky and Boryspil districts, while stabilization shutdowns are used in the rest of the territories.
You can check your address through chatbots in Telegram and Viber or on the official website of DTEK Kyiv Regional Electric Networks.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, the power supply is turned off from two to four times a day. Emergency shutdowns are in place for residents of certain areas of the Dnipro: the lights are turned on alternately for four hours.
You can follow the schedules through the official online services of “DTEK Dniprovski elektromerezhe”.
In the Odesa region, the energy situation remains critical. There are still emergency shutdowns without a fixed schedule, but in the event of stabilization, the system will return to scheduled hourly restrictions.
Residents of the region can get up-to-date information on the operator’s website or through chatbots in Telegram and Facebook.
In the Sumy region, “Ukrenergo” also changed the scope of application of schedules. You can check the disconnection queue on the “Sumyoblenergo” website, in the personal account of “E-Svitlo” or through the company’s official pages in social networks.
A similar situation is observed in the Kharkiv region, where updated hours of disconnections for each line of consumers have been made public.
In Mykolaiv, Cherkasy, Poltava, Chernihiv, Lviv, Rivne, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Kirovohrad, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Volyn, Chernivtsi and Zakarpattia regions, adjusted or strengthened schedules are also in effect.
In some regions, consumers remain without electricity for six to eight hours a day.
According to energy companies, the duration and frequency of outages can vary depending on the load on the power system and the level of damage to the networks.
As a reminder, there will be blackouts in all regions of Ukraine on January 15.
DTEK also said that the current situation with light is the most difficult this winter.
