In the rest of the territory it is raining, in most of the northern and central regions there is no precipitation.
The daytime temperature is 3-8°C (0-5°C in the northern, Vinnytsia regions); in the south and southeast during the day 10-15°.
The wind is mainly westerly, 7-12 m/s, gusts of 15-20 m/s during the day in the Carpathians.
In Kyiv and the region today it will be cloudy with clearings, without precipitation. West wind, 7-12 m/s. The temperature in the region during the day is 0-5°C, in Kyiv 2-4°C.
