The wind is mainly southerly, 7-12 m/s, in most western regions during the day gusts of 15-20 m/s in places.
The temperature at night is 15-20°, in the northern regions in places 22-24° of frost, during the day 7-12° of frost; in the west and south of the country, 12-17° of frost at night, 1-6° of frost during the day (in Transcarpathia, 0-5° of frost at night, 1-6° of heat during the day, 5-10° of frost at night, around 0° in the day).
They warned about the cold down to -17°: the weather forecast for February 9.
A yellow level of danger has been announced throughout Ukraine due to severe frosts.
