In Zhytomyr, the Security Service and the National Police detained a hostile agent who, on the request of the Russian Federation, prepared a terrorist attack in one of the most crowded places of Zhytomyr – near the Alley of Glory to Heroes. He was a 16-year-old schoolboy.

This was reported by the SBU press service.

The Russian intelligence service involved the student in criminal activity in exchange for money. The underage terrorist had to leave a homemade explosive device (SVP) on the alley, disguised into a backpack.

At the same time, the invaders planned to remotely blow up the explosive with their agent, reaching two targets: to commit a bloody terrorist attack with a lot of casualties, as well as to eliminate their agent as an “unnecessary witness”.

The counterintelligence of the SBU exposed the enemy plan in advance and detained the performer “on the hot” when the young man approached the place of the planned terrorist attack.

According to the investigation, the student made the SVP independently according to the instructions from the Russian curator. For masking the explosive, he put it in a pan, and for the strengthening of the striking effect additionally made an explosive with iron screws.

Then, instead of school, the young man left for a taxi to Zhytomyr to prepare a terrorist attack.

During the road, he was in a constant connection with the Russian special service, and after receiving the “Report” on arrival at the destination, the occupiers had to activate the SVP by calling a mobile phone that was connected to the explosive.

Due to the actions of law enforcement officers, the tragedy was prevented.

Currently, investigators of the Security Service are planning to inform the detainee of the suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 14, Part 2 of Art. 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (preparation for a terrorist act), he faces up to 12 years in prison with confiscation of property.

Earlier in the Kirovograd region, the SBU detained the FSB agent, who tried to burn the electrical substation that feeds the hospital and military units. The man worked for the occupiers and acted in Kropyvnytskyi.

In addition, in the Cherkasy region, an agent of Russian military intelligence was exposed and condemned, which tracked the direction of the movement of echelons of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the location of Ukrzaliznytsia nodal stations. The man received 15 years in prison.

Earlier, the Security Service neutralized the FSB agent group, which, on the task of the Russian Federation, was in the Kiev, Kharkiv and Lviv regions. The attackers corrected rocket attacks by the racists in the locations of the defense forces.

In addition, Russian special services were preparing a terrorist attack in the French network hypermarket, but this plan failed.

We will remind that in Odessa detained the artist of a terrorist attack against the military prosecutor. It is about the blasting of the car on February 20. He was an 18-year-old Odessa, who wanted easy Russian money.
