“The boy was hospitalized, he is receiving the necessary medical assistance,” the police said.
Law enforcement officers are working at the scene and are investigating all the circumstances of the incident, including the origin of the weapon. The issue of legal qualification of the event and entering information into the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations is also being resolved.
Earlier in Kyiv, a drunken driver who caused an accident and started a shooting was detained.
