In Vyshhorod, Kyiv region, about 9,000 families remain without electricity for the fourth day after a large-scale Russian attack on December 27. Restoration work continues continuously.
This was reported in DTEK, Kyiv OVA and State Emergency Service.
On the night of December 27, Russian troops launched a massive attack on Kyiv and the Kyiv region, as a result of which the region’s energy infrastructure was damaged. The most difficult situation with light remains in the Vyshgorod, Boryspil and Brovar districts.
According to DTEK, more than 9,000 consumers are without electricity in Vyshgorod. The company notes that there is currently no technical possibility to connect using backup schemes. Restoration work continues continuously, but will require additional time.
The Kyiv Regional Military Administration reported that “Points of Invincibility” are operating in the city. In total, two stationary points were deployed, six – from the units of the State Emergency Service and five – with the participation of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine.
The State Emergency Service clarified that as of the morning of December 30, 11 tents were deployed in Vyshgorod and 14 generators were involved, which ensure the operation of heat supply systems in 22 multi-story buildings. In Boryspil and Brovary districts, emergency shutdowns are temporarily in effect, in other districts of the region – stabilization schedules.
Earlier, we reported on a massive strike in the Vyshgorod district: a woman died, there is destruction.
We will remind, as a result of a drone attack in Sumy Oblast, there were power outages.
