Members of a criminal group were exposed in Volyn, who helped men of conscription age to leave Ukraine on the basis of forged documents. Dilki involved women with minor children in illegal activities and for money arranged fictitious paternity for the third child for “clients”.

A 34-year-old local resident organized the criminal scheme, and to implement his plan, the person involved enlisted the support of several other people.
