The incident happened in the evening of October 14. During the inspection, the inspectors discovered that the man had a prohibited snast – the so-called “grip” (rule, spider) and 446 crucians in total weight 4.5 kg.
As reported by the department, the poacher caused losses to the fishery in the amount of 705,125 hryvnias.
An investigative team was called to the scene. The violator will be brought to administrative responsibility, the case materials have already been submitted to the court.
