The Security Service of Ukraine detained a spouse who worked for Russian special services and planned terrorist attacks in the Dnieper.

According to the investigation, the attackers were equipped in the city and its surrounding area with six fashion with homemade explosive devices and F-1 grenades. Russian intelligence services planned to use these hiding places to attract new agents who had to arrange explosions in crowded places.
In addition to the preparation of the hiding places, the detainees coordinated the actions of other saboteurs. In particular, they recorded the consequences of the arson of the post office organized by the accomplices and transferred the photo reports to the curators in Russia.
Among the detainees is a 42-year-old contractor of one of the military units and his 24-year-old wife. During the searches, they seized homemade explosives masked under the thermos, as well as phones and SIM cards that were used to communicate with Russian special services.
The couple has already been informed of suspicion of three articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – the State Council in the Conditions of Martial Law, illegal treatment of ammunition and explosives and illegal production of explosives.
