Yes, unknown people encourage prisoners’ relatives to send electronic appeals to state and international structures, send evidence (photos/screenshots of letters) to private reports, as well as to spread these “instructions” in the chats of families missing.
For “convenience”, they provide an indicative test and a list of institutions that should be addressed:

International Committee of the Red Cross;

Office of the High Human Rights (OHCHR);

US Presidential Administration (White House).
“These actions have nothing to do with the official mechanisms of prisoners of war. This is another information and psychological operation of the aggressor, which aims to sow panic, destabilize society and discredit state bodies, ”the message reads.
The coordination headquarters urged Ukrainians not to trust such telephone subscribers, but to immediately contact law enforcement and the coordination headquarters.
