In Ukraine, the order of reservation of conscripts from mobilization has now been updated – now they include employees of critical enterprises that were officially mobilized after May 18, 2024.
This was reported by the press service of the portal “Action”.
“The number of conscripts was added to the company by employees officially mobilized after May 18. So the company will be able to book more specialists within its interest, ”the message reads.
As explained in “actions”, earlier in determining the limit for bookings, only those who are on military account and not mobilized were taken into account. Mobilized workers are now added to the total number, if they are officially employed.
For example, if the company had 80 conscripts, it could book 40. If another 20 mobilized, the total number increases to 100 – and accordingly the reservation limit also increases to 50.
In addition, employees who already have a reservation in another company are no longer credited to the overall accounting of the military at the new enterprise.
