In Ukraine, some enterprises may remain without armor from mobilization after May 28, 2025. The reason will be the verification of the Ministry of Economy about compliance with enterprises critical status.
This is evidenced by the corresponding letter of the Ministry of Economy No. 27-11/37509-07 of May 19, 2025.
Earlier, the Ministry of Economy has warned enterprises with branches and ownership or lease in three or more regions of Ukraine about the need to submit documents. In case of failure to comply with the specified requirement by May 28, they run the risk of losing the right to book servicemen.
It is about two key groups of documents:

extracts from the information system of the DPS on the status of payments with the budget and funds for each separate unit for the period from January 1 to April 30, 2025;

Documents confirming the ownership or lease of the premises in which branches work.
Documents must be sent to the Ministry of Economy by e -mail, paying special attention to branches and representative offices – it is not necessary to provide information about the head office.
Businesses that do not fulfill the requirements in a timely manner may lose the status of critical, and therefore, accordingly, the right to booking staff. It is this status that allows companies to store key professionals during martial law.
