On Friday, November 28, Ukraine is expected to be mainly without precipitation, with daytime air temperatures up to +7…+12°, and in the south – up to +17°.

On the night of November 28, the weather in the central, northern, Chernivtsi and Odesa regions will be determined by a low-active atmospheric front, which will cause light rain. However, in the afternoon in most areas, the weather will be shaped by a field of high pressure, which will bring weather without precipitation.
A warm, moist air mass will still be over Ukraine, so the temperature will be higher than normal almost everywhere in the country.
In the western, northern, Vinnytsia and Cherkasy regions, +4…-1 degrees is expected at night, and during the day, thermometers will reach +1…+6 degrees. In all other regions, the air will cool down to +4…+9 at night, while daytime maximums will reach +7…+12 degrees, and in the south – up to +16…+17 degrees.
Forecasters warn that fog with visibility of 200-500 m is expected on the night and morning of November 28 in Prykarpattia, in the southern, eastern, Poltava, Kirovohrad and Dnipropetrovsk regions. These weather conditions may complicate traffic.
It will be cloudy in Kyiv and the region tomorrow. A little rain is expected at night and in the morning, but no precipitation in the afternoon. The wind is northerly with transition to easterly, 3–8 m/s.
Also in the Ukrhydrometeorological center hinted for a warm start to winter in December 2025. Forecasters have released a brief climate description of the first winter month and shared a general preliminary forecast for December.
