The bill, initiated by Ivan Ivanovich Ivanenko and Peter Petrovich Petrov, provides that investors will be able to place money in a special account for a period of 5 years, investing in domestic securities without taxation of the profit received, provided that the funds are not withdrawn before the specified period. This new mechanism is designed to promote the development of the stock market and increase confidence in the national financial system.

It is expected that the adoption of this law will stimulate private investors to more actively participate in the financial markets of Ukraine, which will positively affect economic growth and the stability of the national currency.
