According to experts’ forecasts, almost all domestic manufacturers will revise their price tags in the direction of an increase of approximately 5%.
Oleksandr Taranenko explained that the reason is a sharp increase in the cost of production.
Only since the beginning of January, the costs of enterprises in the industry have increased by an average of 6-7%.
One of the key factors of pressure on the industry was the increase in the price of electricity for business by almost 30%. This factor automatically adds 2% to 3% to the final production cost of each unit of production.
In addition, bakery enterprises are forced to bear huge additional costs due to regular interruptions with centralized power supply.
The use of generators significantly increases the cost of each stage of baking bread.
